It’s t-minus a day until all the kids are back in school (in Canada, at least) and I couldn’t help but reminisce about how much fun I had co-styling this vintage back to school shoot with my dear friend, and fellow event stylist, Cindy Dueck from Confetti and Sparkle Party Shop, last year. We envisioned the shoot on an apple orchard (hello, Apple Barn!) complete with vintage decor.
Our photographer, Angela Baron from Type A Photography, not only came through with the most stunning photos, but she also hooked us up with a couple of vintage schoolhouse desks. The rest of the decor came from a local vintage rental company now known as Spruce Collective.
The best part was setting up the shoot. You should have seen Cindy and I hauling all of the decor from her truck to the apple orchard. It was definitely something for the history books, haha! We set up the dessert table in the middle of the apple orchard and styled our vintage decor around it. Thankfully, we had the cutest little models to indulge in all the sweets!
